Rates
All rates quoted on this site are subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of GST and are quoted in New Zealand dollars. By using the rates quoted on this site you agree with and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Rates quoted are based on 2 persons per room per night on a room only basis, unless specified.
Check In
Check in from 2pm until 7pm. To check in later than 7pm you must phone the property before 7pm to arrange this. Check out by 10am. A later check out can possibly be arranged for an extra charge. Please contact us to organise.
Upon check in you accept responsibility to pay for any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred during your stay.
Payment Policy:
Credit card details are required to confirm the booking. 100 percent of the first night may be charged any time after booking.
Full payment is required before or upon checking in unless prior authorisation is received for charge back. Bank details for charge back payments are as follows:

Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings
No charges will be incurred if cancellation is notified 7 days prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled within 7 days a 1 night fee is charged - if cancelled within 2 days of arrival date a full 100% of your booking will be charged including no shows.
Group Bookings
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival date 50% of total fee will be charged.
Third Party bookings
When bookings are made through a third-party website ie Booking.com, Expedia etc as opposed to directly with us our terms and conditions will still apply.
Behaviour & noise policy
Please respect our neighbours and other guests and keep your noise to a minimum.
Unreasonable noise in any area of the Motel that affects the other guests will not be tolerated.
Visitors of guests are to be off the premises by 9pm.
We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of the day or night to leave. No refunds will be given.
Additional charges
Management also reserves the right to charge guests for the following: Extra guest charges, damages, lost keys, missing items from rooms, late departure and extra cleaning.
Lost key policy
If you take the key home by mistake you can return to any mailbox – please see back of key tag for details. There is a $15 charge for this as we have to pay to get the key returned to us. Keys that are not returned will be charged to the credit card supplied. A $25 charge will apply if keys are lost.
Smoking/Vaping
No smoking/Vaping in the rooms.
An ashtray is provided on the patio/decks of all rooms.
Early Departure Policy
No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children and Welcome
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Children over the age of 2 will be charged at $40 per child per night.
Pet Policy
Sorry we have a no pet Policy at our Motel.
